  Lady at the front counter doesn’t know how to speak with customers or delivery guys. Today i went to pick up an order from uber eats. She was being rude to me. When I entered in the restaurant. I was going to the counter. She aggressively said from behind “ excuse me, wait at the front counter, don’t go there“. Totally unprofessional and poor staff. Won’t pickup any order from this restaurant ever again !

  Awesome food, amazing service, nice environment, professional & friendly staff. Authentic Indian food at affordable prices. Worth to try. We had amazing time there last Friday. Try now thank me later....

  Always friendly and excellent food choices with a good wine selection on offer. For entree we ordered Pakoras, Kashmiri Tikka and Tandoori Salmon - a unique and very tasty menu item. I ordered beef Vindaloo and it was a tasty and generous serve.

  We had my dads 70th celebrations at Haveli and I cannot recommend them enough. The most amazing service I have experienced at a restaurant! Vijay was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. All the guests commented on how good the food was and we are a picky bunch

  Ordered tonight and meal was delicious. Thank you so much. Gorgeous staff who left a lovely "enjoy your meal and stay safe" message in with my order. Highly recommended. My son ran in to collect the order and said the guy was absolutely lovely. Well done to Paramparaa from a very happy customer. ♥️

  Have been coming here for years now for dine in and take away and it never disappoints. The food is great, close to what I've experienced in various parts of India.
  The waitress tonight was very mindful of covid distances and guidelines, I saw her disinfecting the take away waiting seats after each use. Very attentive and good timing between courses.
  FYI, at the moment it is only BYO wine, no issue if you haven't, there are two liquor stores 100m walk away.
  Definitely recommend Paramparaa, they never fail on flavour and service and the staff are so nice and friendly. See you all again soon

  Just moved to the area and tried their takeaway tonight. Very impressed! Food was lovely and order was ready quickly. Will be coming back again for sure!

  Best Indian in Melbourne! All the staff are super lovely and friendly and I've never had a bad meal. Online orders have always been on time, would recommend to everyone
